Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our Adult Intensive Outpatient Program

Millions of people in the U.S. are affected by mental illness each year. The statistics for adults who suffer each year from a mental health disorder is glaring. According to National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI):

  • 1 in 5 U.S. adults experience mental illness each year
  • 1 in 20 U.S. adults experience serious mental illness each year

The staff at Hickory Trail Hospital understands the need in the community for quality mental health services for adults.

Hickory Trail Hospital provides  Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) mental health treatment for adults age 18 and older in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan, Texas, area. We also provide 24/7 assessments to help individuals decide which level of treatment fits them best.

This program is for adults who do not require a stay in an inpatient around-the-clock supervision program. Upon completion in an inpatient treatment program, adults can step down to an outpatient mental health treatment program.
