Patient Satisfaction

The staff at Hickory Trail Hospital would like you and your family members to have the best possible experience while in our care. Our goal is, and always will be, to exceed your expectations.

Because of this, a patient satisfaction survey is mailed to families after receiving care, and these surveys provide us with important feedback regarding our services. The survey asks patients to agree/disagree with statements related to the care they received on a 1 to 5 scale, with 1 = strongly disagree and 5 = strongly agree.
