In order to provide easier access to psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment, we have two outreach centers providing complimentary assessment and triage to Central and North Texas. If you are in need of services or know someone who is please contact one of the centers below:

Access of Central Texas, a regional division of Hickory Trail Hospital, provides a full continuum of mental health and chemical dependency services to McLennan and surrounding counties for ages five through geriatric adult. Our goal at

Access of Central Texas is to support local providers and serve the greater community by offering triage services for people in crisis.

• No cost, on-site mental health and chemical dependency assessments
• 24 hours per day/7 days per week
• ACT Mobile Team available 24/7 for emergency assessments
• All services provided by licensed professionals
• Connecting people to community-wide resources
• Community workshops and Continuing Education seminars
• Assessment and referral services available to all ages and populations: children (including those in CPS/foster care custody), adults and geriatrics

Rockwall Access Center

Rockwall Access Center provides confidential mental health assistance for Rockwall County and the surrounding area. We offer a compassionate triage and referral system including follow-up recommendations. As an active part of the community, we have a genuine concern for our neighbors and offer complimentary psychiatric assessments to those in need. The Rockwall Access Center addresses needs including depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, addiction and medication management for patients age five and above.
